Fees

Standard Rates for Psychological Services:

$190 per hour for individuals

$200 per hour for couples and families

$2,800 for a psycho-educational assessment

Sessions are a total of one hour, with 10 minutes for paperwork and 50 minutes for treatment.

**Please note, coverage can vary depending on your insurance company. We encourage you to check with your insurance company to make sure that your plan covers the practitioner's services whom you are planning to book with prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancelling schedule appointment times. If proper notice is not given, clients will be charged for the full appointment cost. For appointments that are two hours in length, we require at least 48 hours' notice.

In the event your appointment occurs the day after a holiday, notice must be given by 12:00pm the business day prior to the holiday. If insufficient notice is given, you will be charged for the appointment.

In the case of a practice closure, you will be notified by phone or email of this closure, as well as a closure notice will be posted on the website and voicemail of the office.

** Please note, insurance companies do not cover the cost of missed or late cancellation appointment fees.

Payment Methods

Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, Debit, cash and direct billing if applicable. We do not accept personal cheques.
